“Research Uncorked” is a monthly speaker series we host at Ironhand Winebar in South Bend that features informal talks by leading scholars and scientists from the university. In September, we’re pleased to welcome Jennifer Tank, Galla Professor of Biological Sciences and director of the Notre Dame Environmental Change Initiative, which includes the globally unique ND-LEEF research facility at St. Patrick’s County Park.

Professor Tank's presentation is titled “Saving the Great Lakes, One Farm at a Time” and will highlight the work she and her lab are doing with Michiana farmers to reduce agricultural runoff in our waterways. Join us for a great conversation and happy hour pricing during the event!
