Research Uncorked is a monthly speaker series featuring informal interviews with leading scholars and scientists from the University. Typically hosted at Ironhand Winebar in South Bend, the series has temporarily moved online because of the coronavirus.

In July, we are excited to be joined by Mark McKenna, John P. Murphy Foundation Professor of Law and director of the Notre Dame Technology Ethics Center. Our conversation with Professor McKenna is titled “The Ethics of Innovation: Framing the Future of Tech” and will highlight the University’s work convening global thought leaders to research and better understand technology’s human impact, including through a recently announced 10-year partnership with IBM.

Please email Ted Fox (tfox2@nd.edu) by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, to RSVP and receive instructions on how to join the Zoom call.
